Accounting Analyst

Title: Accounting Analyst – $50-$65/Hour (Negotiable)

Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (extension likely)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support compliance efforts, including tax filings, audit preparations, and internal controls.
• Contribute to the NetSuite implementation, including data migration, system configuration, and process optimization.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and stabilize the department.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or financial compliance roles.
• Sage ERP experience is required; NetSuite implementation experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with tax filings, audits, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
